Bev began her career at VF Corporation where she oversaw strategic planning, identified new opportunities, and launched new brands. Following VF Corporation, she launched the luxury lingerie brand Pleasure State in the US market before moving to Delta Galil, a global underwear company, where she oversaw marketing, business development, licensing and strategic planning for both the private label and branded businesses which included retailers ranging from Victoria’s Secret to Walmart and licenses including Lucky Brand and Tommy Hilfiger as VP of Strategy & Marketing.
In her next role as VP of Global Brand Management at Maidenform she was responsible for marketing for the Maidenform and Lilyette brands. She subsequently served as the DVP of Marketing at Renfro’s Hot Sox division where she worked closely with Ralph Lauren licensing, launched Hot Sox’s first e-commerce site and secured hosiery licenses for Vera Bradley and Airwalk. Beyond fashion, her role as the VP of US Marketing for SodaStream exposed her to CPG marketing practices. She most recently served as the VP of Marketing and Communications at Unifi Manufacturing, Inc.
Bev brings her considerable corporate experience to her consulting work. She has launched brands including an Elle Macpherson Intimates line at JCPenney, Nick Graham menswear and Catmosphere Foundation. She has developed marketing and business plans for clients ranging from kids to activewear to luxury fragrance. Additionally, she ran US marketing for Happy Socks and brand marketing for Hanky Panky in a consulting capacity. Raised in Zimbabwe and South Africa, Bev holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
